On water, on land and in the air: applications of the "Slavyanka" technology in 2024

The Russian technology “Slavyanka” has been sought after in different regions of the world where people care about preserving the environment and saving fuel. Let us tell you about the most promising projects that aim to create innovative electric vehicles. Most of them have been implemented with the assistance of the SOLARGROUP partners and specialists of the Resurs production cooperative.

• Boats. In 2024, several projects for creating boats with "Slavyanka" based electric motors and solar panels have gained momentum at once. In North Macedonia, with the support of environmentalists, shipowners and entrepreneurs, a boat motor was installed on a traditional boat that was then tested on Lake Ohrid, and now the boat is to be used for tourism purposes. In Indonesia, a similar vehicle was modernized for fishing. An electric boat is to be designed for the same purpose in Benin with the motor for it already having been delivered to the country. In Peru, in the popular tourist area of the Amazon, a "Slavyanka" based boat has recently been launched on water. Next year, the plan is to install solar panels on the boats and use them on a permanent basis. Boat motors and controllers for all these projects have been supplied by the Resurs production cooperative. • Electric cars. In Russia, several cars have been modernized by their owners at once. A "Slavyanka" based motor and controller made by the Resurs production cooperative were installed on an Audi, and the electric car exceeded all expectations. A LADA ELLADA car has had a combined winding motor for several years, and this year the car underwent major modernization which resulted in doubling the range and improving energy efficiency. The owner of a gasoline-powered Oka was also satisfied with the conversion to electric traction and enjoys using the car every day.

• Electric go-karts. The Resurs team developed and tested a kit with a "Slavyanka" motor for a rental go-kart and shipped it to Germany, where it was installed on a Rimo Evo. In addition, active work was in progress to develop a kit for a sports go-kart, testing it on the tracks and setup.

• Electric motorcycle. An electric motorcycle with a "Slavyanka" based DA-90S motor instead of a gasoline engine was introduced in Peru. This is a landmark event for the whole of Latin America, where environmentally friendly means of transportation are becoming more and more sought after.

• Aircraft. Victor Arestov, partner of Sovelmash and Head of ASPP Weihai, continued his participation in an international project for developing hybrid aircraft using combined winding motors. The project is implemented in China and is headed by Academy Member Tupolev.

The "Slavyanka" technology has become even more sought-after all over the world. This gives an edge to the Sovelmash D&E as the only company where combined winding motors are developed.
